CheapOutdoor doing everything on to keep its customers satisfied. Should something not have gone as you had expected, we would like to help. On this page you can read what you with your complaint.

We advise you to send complaints to us first to make known by emailing info@cheapoutdoor.nl. This doesn't lead to a solution, then it is possible to your dispute to sign up for mediation by the Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also possible to make complaints to register via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform is to find on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is still not covered elsewhere in treatment than is the you free to bring your complaint to be registered through the platform of the European Union.
