The used aluminium Dural in the tent poles is widely used in the expeditietenten where every gram counts. Dural is an aluminium alloy with additional elements that the low weight is reached and thus have the ability to do larger loads to withstand.

The inside of the tent is made of Nylon 190T which is very lightweight and breathable synthetic fibres with sufficient strength and flexibility. The material is also suitable for frost since it has good thermal insulation properties. The net mosquito net on the inside of the tent is made of soft, breathable yet strong material, which ensures that the insects stay outside, but still a good isolation in the tent.

For the outside of the tent, use was made of 210T polyester ripstop which makes for extremely light weight of the tent and is tear resistant. The synthetic polyester fibers to increase the protection of the tent in harsh weather conditions, fading due to the sun and also has the property of quickly drying. The ripstop technology prevents tearing and damage due to the special weave of the fabric.
