The sleeping bag has soft nylon on the inside which contains a pleasantly soft, light and breathable synthetic fibre that also has sufficient strength and elasticity. The material is suitable for low temperatures thanks to its good thermal insulation properties.

Extreme -5°C

The temperature at which you are warned of an extreme temperature according to the current standard. You cannot speak of comfortable sleeping here. Definitely do not choose a sleeping bag based on this temperature. If the temperature is exceeded, a standard woman (25 years old - 60 kilos - 160 cm) at best risks catching a cold, at worst it can cause serious damage to her health.

Limit 5°C

The temperature that, according to the current standard, alerts you to the lower temperature limit at which, under normal circumstances, a standard man (25 years old - 70 kilos - 173 cm) in a rolled-up position in a sleeping bag does not yet feel the cold.

Comfort 11°C

The temperature at which you should choose your sleeping bag. According to the current standard, a standard woman (25 years - 60 kilos - 160 cm) at this temperature under normal conditions will sleep comfortably in a sleeping bag in a relaxed position and not feel cold. The mummy sleeping bag is supplied with a compression bag. The recommended length for this sleeping bag is 185 cm.
