How to ensure the perfect fit:

• Loosen the Velcro fastening on the back panel and ensure that the Velcro system runs across four ‘rungs’ of the ladder.
• Fasten the hip belt and tighten it. The hip belt should rest comfortably on the hip bone.
• Tighten the shoulder straps. Ensure they are in contact with your torso, from the shoulder blade at the back to the armpit at the front.
• Fasten the chest strap and position it 4 cm below the collarbone; adjust using the sliders if necessary.
