The Chiruca walking shoes Labrador Boa Gore - Tex-Brown is a half-high walking shoe from the Spanish brand Chiruca. An A/B hiking shoe that is also used for hunting.

GoreTex membrane
This material ensures that it continues to breathe, but also that your feet do not get wet from external water. This makes the shoes waterproof from the outside to the inside and breathable from the inside. The GORE-tex membrane consists of a microporous structure that contains more than 1,400 million microscopic pores per cm2. These pores are about 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water. making it impossible for water to pass through the membrane. On the other hand, the pores of the membrane are 700 times larger than a molesule of water vapor, which allows sweat to escape to the outside without affecting the watertightness of the membrane. By preventing the heat from accumulating, the feet remain dry and warm. Gore-Tex offers an ideal combination of optimal comfort and durable protection.
BOA system
A special system that ensures that your shoe is properly secured with an easier way than tying your lace. A metal cable that acts as a lace runs through the shoe through a reel system.

Maintenance instructions:
- To give the shoes the best care and to extend their life, Chiruca has given a number of care instructions.
- Allow the shoe to air dry naturally after use. Do not try to speed up the drying process by placing them close to a heat source. If you do, you run the chance that the leather dries out or stiffens.
- Remove the moisture from the inside by turning a newspaper into a wad and putting it in your shoe (it will remove the moisture from your shoe)
- When they are dry you can brush them gently to clean
- Clean them only with a squeezed damp cloth or a mild soapy solution
- Then coat them with a natural cream for leather, this nourishes the leather and prevents tearing (without limiting breathability)
- Use a waterproof treatment regularly, this repels dirt and stains and helps keep the leather clean and dry
